FBI says its Joint Mission Center has identified suspects and nefarious protest funding sources as it works to bring indictments for political violence.

The FBI has ramped up its investigation into the 2020 election in Georgia by dedicating more personnel to what an internal memo refers to as a “priority,” a person familiar with the matter told CNN.

On Tuesday, the federal government seized a Bugatti Chiron, a Lamborghini Aventador SVJ, and other assets from businessman Guo Wengui, also known as Miles Guo, as he was sentenced to 30 years in prison for racketeering.

Operation New Dawn brought 11 federal agencies together to execute 305 arrests in Chicago over 60 days, recovering 24 kidnapped or missing children.

Douglas DePodesta has served as special agent in charge in Chicago, one of the FBI’s largest offices, for nearly two years and has been with the bureau since 2002.
