YORK COUNTY— Ayden Millette, a Yorktown teenager, has been named one of 15 semifinalists in the competitive racing Kulwicki Driver Development Program. The program, founded in honor of 1992 NASCAR Cup champion Alan Kulwicki, is considered one of the premier development opportunities for young drivers.
