The Modesto Police Department released bodycam footage of Officers Sam Munsey and Sergio Valencia shooting Paul Chavez Jr., who was allegedly drunk and wielding a tow hitch on July 14. Chavez died at a local hospital. The footage was released after his family announced legal action. | Law&Crime
