Welcome to Portland State University's Commencement! Portland State’s Class of 2019 is made up of grads from 47 states and 56 countries. 83 percent of all our grads are Oregon residents. And for the 2018-19 school year, PSU will have awarded 4,380 bachelor’s degrees; 1,630 master’s degrees; and 88 PhD degrees for a total of 6,098 graduates.
