GRAPHIC VIDEO: Surveillance video has surfaced of a brazen shooting at the corner of Government Street and Foster Drive in Baton Rouge early Monday morning. The video shows a vehicle stopped at a traffic light on Government Street, in front of a Circle K convenience store, when the driver of another car pulls up alongside.
